Military Tactics

     Your Military Tactics skills effects your ability to direct your armies campaigns and your ability recruit and lead additional officers. With good military skills, small armies defeat large ones as an army's strengths and defensive capabilites can be vastly increased. For every point of Military Tactics you have, your army will get a 2-percentage point attack/defense bonus corresponding to the current military actions of attacking and defending. To be more clear, if you have 3 points of Military Tactics Skill, when you attack your armies will recieve a 6% attack bonus. When you are attacked, you armies will receive a 6% defense bonus.

     Military Tactics skills can give you the ability to recruit lieutenants for your armies to aid your generals. Lieutenant bonuses stack with the General's, which also stack with your own Military Tactics bonus. Each point you have of Military Tactics skills also slightly increases the chances of your officers learning from the battle and improving their own skills.
