Construction
     Construction and research are in LMS slightly different from the rest of Cincomm-9. There are still 4 levels of units, however the Refinery costs are much higher here and are related to the mineral refined. For example, the initial Bytanium Refinery now costs:

     60,000 Bytanium
     20,000 Iron
     20,000 C-62

The other refineries costs are similarly related to the refined mineral, i.e., Iron Refiniery costs 60K iron, etc.

     The mines are constructed differently in LMS as well. As you may have noticed, your mines have a "Current level" and a "Current max." Unlike in the rest of Cincomm-9, here your mines can be developed far past level 4 if you choose to invest in them. You can develop your mines up to the level of you Current Max, which is determined by the level of development of your Data Center. Every upgrade of your Data Center will raise the maximum level of you mine 5 additional levels.

Research
     Similar to your mines, your unit upgrades and Espionage can be developed as high as the maximum limits determined by your Data Center level. Use your Analyze Units research to increase the max level of unit Upgrades you can achieve.
